& Member Responsibilities
Here at The Elysium Manor, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and private environment for all members.
By joining, you agree to uphold these standards (below) to ensure everyone’s privacy, safety, and well-being. These principles apply not only to our interactions but also to the protection of personal information and club activities.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Confidentiality is Key: Everything shared or experienced within the club must remain private. This includes conversations, activities, and any personal information exchanged. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others at all times.
Recording Policy: No photography, video, or audio recording is allowed without prior consent fromm everyone involved.
Data Protection: Your personal information is stored securely and used only for club-related purposes. We will never share your details without your consent, except when required by law.
Respect and Consent
Mutual Respect: Treat every member with respect, regardless of background or preferences.
Consent: Always ensure clear and enthusiastic consent is given before engaging in any activity, and respect others’ boundaries at all times.
Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries and communicate openly about your own.
Accountability and Personal Responsibility
Take Responsibility: You are accountable for your actions. Uphold the values of privacy, respect, and safety in all interactions.
Zero Tolerance: Any form of aggressive or inappropriate behavior will lead to removal from the club.
Health and Safety: Follow safe practices to ensure that your behavior does not jeopardize the well-being of others.
Club Spaces
Respect Shared Spaces: Treat all areas with respect and maintain cleanliness. Keep noise levels appropriate to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Quiet Respect: Keep noise at a level that respects the privacy of others in communal areas.
Violations and Enforcement
Adherence to Standards: Violating these standards may result in suspension or removal from the club.
Reporting Violations: If you witness any violations, report
them to management. They will be handled with discretion.
Legal Information
By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms:
Waiver and Release of Liability: Members understand that by participating in activities at the club, they assume all risks and waive any claims against the club for injuries, damages, or losses, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Members agree to uphold confidentiality and not disclose any information related to the club’s activities or other members outside of the club. Breaching confidentiality may result in immediate termination of membership.
Club Rules and Regulations: Members agree to follow the rules outlined in this document. Violations may result in suspension or revocation of membership.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, trademarks, and materials are the property of The Elysium Manor and may not be reproduced or used without prior consent.
Governing Law: The laws of the United States of America will govern any disputes or legal matters related to club. Any legal action will be filed in the jurisdiction of the physical location of the disputed branch.
Guest Policies
We value the sense of community within the club. As such, we have specific guidelines regarding guests;
Guest Invitations: Membership is individual, but selected members may invite guests to the club, subject to prior approval. Guests must be accompanied by the inviting member at all times.
Guest Registration: All guests must be registered upon entry and provide identification. The inviting member is responsible for their guest’s behavior.
Guest Conduct: Guests must adhere to the same standards of behavior as members. Any violation may result in the guest’s immediate removal, and the inviting member’s privileges may be reviewed.
Guest Limitations: The number of guests a member can bring may be limited, especially during events or when space is restricted.

Help Us Achieve a Better Balance!
We’ve noticed that our big events tend to have a high number of women, with a ratio of about 1 man for every 5-6 women. While this creates a great experience for the men, we’re looking to balance things out to make the experience even more dynamic and enjoyable for everyone.
To help us achieve this, we’d love for you to invite any men who might be interested in joining the club. A more balanced ratio will enhance the experience for all members and create a more engaging environment. To support this, we’ve implemented a limited-time membership discount for men until these positions are filled
